Vector Analysis of Pattern VEP

Abstract
A special new method of vector analysis of visually evoked potentials by pattern reversal stimulation was devised. The initial major vector component acquired by half-field stimulation was an ipsilateral and anterior-posteriorly tilted vector. The initial major component acquired by full-field stimulation showed a large vertical vector stretching from anterior to posterior. The vector VEP obtained from a patient with left homonymous hemianopsia showed a tilted vector from left anterior to right posterior after full-field stimulation.
