Summary

The objectives of this contract concern the research of the optimum solar cell processing conditions in order to increase the typical semicrystalline silicon solar cell efficiency. The research programm was to set up a complete electronic properties analysis, to study the influence of heat treatments and to fing gettering and grain passivation procedures.
