Abstract
Cross sections for (n,t) reaction were measured on 9Be and 40Ca by tritium beta counting and activation methods around ik MeV, Results were compared with the Hauser-Feshbach model. Compilation and evaluation of the available data at MeV have been carried out. The possible use of the empirical formulae for the description of cross sections were studied.
