Determination of Milk Proteins by Immuno-Electrophoresis

Abstract
Immuno-electrophoresis is a simple and specific technique for determination of individual proteins. By crossed immuno electrophoresis of whey with antisera to bovine whey 29 immuno precipitates were found (Løwenstein et al).
