Abstract

The following three articles form an interrelated set. They were produced following a practice fostered by Professor Jan Pinborg: a group of scholars worked together on the same subject under the guidance of the group’s senior member — Professor Sten Ebbesen in our case. The final results perhaps none of us could have produced alone.
