Abstract

In 1967, Gass [7], described the clinical presentation and histopathology of an apparently non-neoplastic inflammatory pseudotumor of the uveal tract whose main characteristic was its diffuse thickening due to a lymphoplasmacytic infiltration which extended to the retrobulbar tissue and the optic nerve.
