Methods in Regional Geography
Methods in regional geography include both those used in other branches of geography although perhaps [as with air photos and maps] in a more intensive manner and methods indigenous to regional geography [Nir, 1974]. This chapter will not be an survey of geo-statistical methods overall, but only mention those relevant to regional geography. It is assumed that the reader is familiar with statistical methods such as sampling, frequency distribution, probability, correlation and regression.
