Samenvatting
Interactie tussen laboratoriumtests op lichaamsvreemde stoffen kan diverse oorzaken hebben. Dit kan een gevolg zijn van een matige specificiteit van de gekozen analysemethode, waardoor behalve de te analyseren stof een andere (lichaamseigen of lichaamsvreemde) stof wordt meebepaald. Dit leidt tot een foutief verhoogde uitslag. Een dergelijk probleem kan vooral voorkomen bij weinig specifieke bepalingsmethoden, zoals colorimetrie of immunochemie.
