13 Oefentherapie

Samenvatting

Bij oefentherapie om de veneuze en lymfogene afvoer te bevorderen kan gebruik worden gemaakt van de ademhaling en van beweging. Oefentherapie wordt zowel bij veneus oedeem als bij lymfoedeem meestal met bandageren gecombineerd. Bij de combinatie van oefentherapie en korte-rekzwachtels spreekt men van ambulante compressietherapie (zie hoofdstuk  12).
