Hand- en polsklachten

In dit hoofdstuk worden klachten aan de hand en pols besproken, met uitzondering van die klachten, die ontstaan door uitstraling vanuit de nek of schouder. De meeste klachten die worden gepresenteerd aan de bovenste extremiteit worden gediagnosticeerd als een ‘-itis’ (spier- of pees‘ontsteking’), of een spiergerelateerde aandoening.1 2 Ook in de hand en pols is dit voor een groot deel het geval.
