Isolated First-Degree Atrioventricular Block: A New Indication for Dual-Chamber Pacing?

Abstract

Since the importance of the atrioventricular (AV) interval in cardiac hemodynamics has been realized, first-degree atrioventricular AV block has been considered as one of the possible indications for permanent cardiac pacing.
