Riassunto
Il circolo coronarico ha la necessità di adattarsi molto rapidamente alle variazioni di richiesta di ossigeno da parte del muscolo cardiaco. Tale adattamento obbedisce ad un complesso meccanismo di regolazione, la cui comprensione è cruciale per capire sia la fisiopatologia dell’evento ischemico, sia il contributo che l’imaging può dare nella malattia coronarica.
