Abstract
Law, in general, makes business activities more certain. The legal system sets the rules of the game. Thus, it is essential that players follow the rules of the game otherwise there is no need to have the rules. Any reasonable and prudent business leader would like to be on the right side of the law and ensure that his business complies with the applicable laws. As law is not static, it becomes important to comply with the latest changes in law and be on the right side of the law.
