Abstract
I work for the National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities, which is a comprehensive center for the medical and social and vocational rehabilitation of people with disabilities, including hearing and speech disorders. In addition, rehabilitation specialists are trained, and research and development are conducted at the center. In past years, many otorhinolaryngologists have visited us from Southeast Asia for training. I have, therefore, been acquainted with otorhinolaryngologists in Asian countries for about 15 years.
