Abstract

Stellate ganglion block (SGB) is a compartment block technique in which a local anesthetic is injected into a cervical sympathetic ganglion, stellate ganglion (SG), and the region around it to block the SG, cervical sympathetic trunk, and sympathetic pre- and postganglionic fibers contained in the compartment.
