Zusammenfassung
Auf Längsschnitten kann der Haarfollikel anatomisch in drei Segmente unterteilt werden:
-
Infundibulum (trichterförmiger Abschnitt [Abb. 2.14], der sich vom Follikelostium der Hautoberfläche bis zur Einmündung des Talgdrüsenaus- führungsgangs erstreckt),
-
Isthmus (mittlerer Abschnitt von der Einmündung der Talgdrüse bis zum Ansatz des Arrektorenmuskels [Abb. 2.15–2.17]),
-
infraisthmischer Abschnitt (vom Ansatz des Arrektorenmuskels bis zum tiefsten Punkt des Follikels [Abb. 2.18]).
