Orthoimage Generation and Measurement from Single Images

Abstract
Images can be obtained from cameras, scanners, and other types of imaging systems, as discussed in Chapter 9. The most widely used images, however, are photographs taken by air-borne cameras and images taken by space-borne scanners. These images are a major source of data for GIS applications.
