Zusammenfassung
Kahnbeinfrakturen stellen 60 % aller Frakturen der Handwurzeln, 10 % aller Frakturen an der Hand, aber nur 2–3 % aller Frakturen dar. Der Großteil der Kahnbeinfrakturen heilt unter konservativer Therapie, jedoch wird in der Literatur eine Pseudarthroserate von 10 % beschrieben.
