Abstract
Traditional subscapularis repair has been an open procedure, but arthroscopic techniques are increasingly common for repair because they allow the surgeon to address concomitant pathology while still providing adequate mobilization and secure fixation of the torn tendon. This chapter describes the mobilization and fixation of both partial and full-thickness subscapularis tears from the intra-articular space.
