Zusammenfassung
Psychotische Störungen, zu denen Schizophrenie und andere Störungsbilder gehören, sind mit erheblichen Beeinträchtigungen im Erleben, Denken und Fühlen verbunden und stellen eine schwerwiegende Belastung für Betroffene und ihre Familien dar. Zu den typischen Symptomen gehören Wahnideen, Halluzinationen und Negativsymptome. Psychotische Störungen können jederzeit im Lebensverlauf auftreten, häufigster Störungsbeginn ist allerdings das frühe Erwachsenenalter. Zumeist geht einer psychotischen Störung ein Prodrom voraus, das häufig im Jugendalter liegt. Für Erwachsene liegen wirksame kognitiv-behaviorale Interventionen zur Behandlung im Prodrom und bei manifesten Störungsbildern vor, die auf Jugendliche übertragen werden können. Es fehlen allerdings kontrollierte Wirksamkeitsstudien zu Interventionen speziell für Kinder und Jugendliche.
