Abstract

This chapter provides the diffusion coefficient of 2-(hydroxymethyl)-6-[3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxyoxane-3,4,5-triol in water at different concentrations measured using NMR spin echo pulse gradient, NMR spin echo field gradient, dynamic light scattering and quasi-elastic neutron scanning.
