Diffusion coefficient of D(-)-fructose in water

Abstract

This chapter provides the diffusion coefficient of D(-)-fructose in water at different concentrations measured using Taylor dispersion technique, Rayleigh interferometry, quasi-elastic neutron scanning, NMR spin echo pulse gradient, forced Rayleigh scattering and correlation of experimental data.
