Diffusion coefficient of D(+)-glucose in water

Abstract

This chapter provides the diffusion coefficient of D(+)-glucose in water at different concentrations measured using Taylor dispersion technique, Rayleigh interferometry, quasi-elastic neutron scanning, NMR spin echo pulse gradient, NMR spin echo field gradient, Gouy interferometry, forced Rayleigh scattering, diaphragm cell and correlation of experimental data.
