Abstract

This chapter provides the diffusion coefficient of 2-(hydroxymethyl)-6-[3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxyoxane-3,4,5-triol in water at infinite dilution for various temperature and pressure conditions measured using NMR spin echo field gradient.
