Abstract
The new urban area has become the main carrier of urbanization in China and some other developing countries, has formed a spectacular climax of planning and construction, and has accelerated in its moving forward. In particular, the Eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China paralleled urbanization with industrialization, information technology and agriculture modernization, harmoniously promoted them and put them into strategic implementation, stimulating enthusiasm about urbanization, so the planning and construction of new urban areas everywhere is warming up again.
