Temperature distribution in the constriction of a contact between members of very different conductivities

Abstract
For simplicity, we will calculate as if the constriction belonged to a single a-spot whose dimensions, however, do not appear in the formulas. The formulas are generally valid and independent of the shape of the contact surface by virtue of the character of the φ-ϑ-relation. Cf. § 13.
