Zusammenfassung

Im vorliegenden Beitrag verfolgt der Autor das Ziel, Charakteristika von Einsatzorganisationen herauszuarbeiten, indem er gängige Definitionsversuche aus der Literatur heranzieht. Im Kern der Typendefinition steht dabei insbesondere die Abgrenzung vom Organisationstypus Hochrisikoorganisation. Darüber hinaus entwickelt der Autor die These, dass die von Morgan in den Images of Organizations beschriebene Organisationsmetapher der holographischen Organisation eine fruchtbare Grundlage für erfolgreiches Handeln in Hochrisikosituationen bietet. Aus dieser Organisationskonzeption werden Anforderungen für die Organisationsgestaltung und Führungskultur von Einsatzorganisationen entwickelt.
