Zusammenfassung
Versorgungsnetzwerke mit Telegesundheitsdiensten als kollaboratives virtuelles Netzwerk mit einem interdisziplinären Betreuungsteam werden zukünftig für die ambulante als auch mobile Rehabilitation zur Überwindung der Barrieren in Raum, Zeit und über Institutionen hinweg von Bedeutung sein. Quantifizierbares, kontrolliertes Training als Therapieform – „Training als Medikament und Bewegung als Therapie“ – eröffnet neue Wege für Prävention, die Mobilisierung und Stabilisierung während oder nach einer Rehabilitation vor allem bei Patienten mit chronischen Erkrankungen. Eine Trainingsbegleitung für zu Hause ist technisch durch moderne mHealth-basierte Steuerung und Überwachung des telemedizinischen Trainings möglich. Hinsichtlich des Trends zum kontrollierten Training kann Bewegung wie ein Medikament verschrieben und dessen „Einnahme“ sowohl sicher und effizient durchgeführt als auch eingesehen und überprüft werden. Durch telemedizinische Betreuung ergeben sich innovative Ansätze, die – gezielt eingesetzt – eine nutzbringende Ergänzung darstellen werden.
