Zusammenfassung

Das Spektrum der entzündlichen Veränderungen des Myokard ist hinsichtlich Pathogenese, Symptomatologie, Verlauf, Prognose und Therapie [59, 60, 63, 84, 88, 130, 131] so weit, daß ein notwendig zeitlich begrenzter Bericht kein geschlossenes, es sei denn ein ganz simplifiziertes Bild vermitteln kann. Das Referat soll sich daher auf drei Bereiche beschränken, von denen erwartet werden kann, daß sie die Stellung der Myokarditis im Rahmen der Kardiomyopathien [2, 42, 52, 99, 100, 106, 162) beleuchten können, und zwar:
