Abstract
Massive bone allografting is particularly useful to restore skeletal continuity after tumor resection. The use of cryopreserved cartilage in joint allografting is still a matter of debate. The long-term fate of both is largely unknown. We present our experience of large bone allografts, three of them lasting more than 10 years, and the first results with cryopreserved osteoarticular allografts.
