Zusammenfassung

Von den bekannten motilitätswirksamen Medikamenten Betanechol, Bromoprid, Domperidon und Metoclopramid ist eine therapeutische Effektivität auf die Refluxsymptomatik und die Refluxösophagitis nur für Metoclopramid durch kontrollierte Studien gesichert (1, 2) .
