Abstract

The conversion of an E-3 ESR spectrometer based on an independent modulation system for 50, 33.3 and 25 kHz field modulation is described. The versatility of this approach is demonstrated by observation of saturation transfer spectra from spin labeled biopolymers and the resolution enhancement by third harmonic detection of ESR.
