Filamentary Superconductivity Along a Domain Boundary in the Two-Dimensional Electron-Spin Model
Conference paper
Abstract
We have investigated the two-dimensional electrons interacting with the antiferromagnetic localized spins through sufficiently strong Kondo coupling. We find that a domain structure of localized spins is energetically preferential. The electrons belonging to adjacent domains interact attractively with each other and hence some of the electrons are trapped along the boundary of the domains. The attraction between trapped electrons forms the Cooper pairs. The superconducting state takes place in the certain range of the electron density.
