Zusammenfassung
Bei 33 Glaukompatienten wurde das Verhalten des Augeninnendrucks nach extrakapsulärer Kataraktextraktion mit Hinterkammerlinsenimplantation unter Berücksichtigung des Medikamentenverbrauchs ausgewertet. Die Nachbeobachtungszeit betrug im Mittel 12 Monate (maximal 38 Monate). Alle Patienten (insbesondere die mit einem Offenwinkelglaukom und nach Iridotomie und Irisnaht) zeigten eine signifikante postoperative Drucksenkung unter gleichzeitiger Reduktion des Medikamentenverbrauchs. Als mögliche Ursache kommt eine Kammerwinkelvertiefung in Frage, wie wir sie bei 50 Augengesunden vor und nach extrakapsulärer Kataraktextraktion mit Hinterkammerlinsenimplantation mit dem Laser Tomographie Scanner feststellen konnten (postoperative Erweiterung des Kammerwinkels 9,3° (±4,3°).
Summary
The postoperative intraocular pressure in 33 glaueomatous patients was examined after extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior Chamber lens implantation until the 38th month (mean ±12 months) after surgery. Within all patients (especially those with open angle glaucoma and those after irissurgery) statistically significant intraocular pressure reduetion occured. This could eventually be related to an enlarged anterior Chamber angle, which was measured with the Laser Tomographie Scanner in 50 patients before and after extracapsular cataractextraction with posterior Chamber lens implantation. In those 50 patients the anterior Chamber angle depth increased by 9,3 (±4,5) degrees.
