Über Standardisierungsbestrebungen hinaus muß die öffentliche Verwaltung angesichts neuer und schwieriger Aufgaben und knapper Ressourcen Software als integrale Komponente eines personalen und organisatorischen Entwicklungsprozesses mit den Hauptzielen „Dienstleistungsqualität “ — „Effizienz “ „Mitarbeitergerechtheit “ begreifen.
Abstract
Beyond the goals of standardization and in the light of new and more complex tasks and limited resources, public administration must understand software as an integral component of a personnel and organizational process of development, the main goals of which being service quality, efficiency, and humane working conditions.
