Zusammenfassung

Eigene Untersuchungen und die anderer Zentren haben gezeigt, daß bei schwerer Streß-Harn-Inkontinenz und Deszensus vaginalis anterior die vaginal-plastische Korrektur als operative Therapie alleine nicht ausreicht. Hier ist eine Zusatzoperation erforderlich. Eine elegante Methode stellt die 1981 von Raz erstmals veröffentlichte Modifikation der von Pereyra entwickelten und von Stamey veränderten vaginalen Kolposuspension dar.
