Tumornekrosefaktor-α (TNF-α) Gen-Polymorphismus bei chirurgischen Intensivpatienten mit SIRS

Zusammenfassung
Das Tumornekrosefaktor-Gen liegt im MHC-Bereich (Major Histocompatibility Complex) auf Chromosom 6 zwischen 6p21.1 und 6p21.3. Die Promotorregion hat verschiedene Bindungsstellen. Bis heute sind 5 Mikrosatelliten im TNF Lokus bekannt. In der TNF Promotorregion wurde ein G/A-Austausch in Position −308 (TNF1 und TNF2) und −238 beschrieben. TNF2 ist die seltenere Variante und scheint mit einer höheren TNF Produktion assoziiert zu sein [1].
