Nach totaler oder subtotaler Rektumresektion mit coloanaler oder tiefer colorektaler Anastomose treten bei etwa 50% der Patienten nach Angaben in der Literatur Konti-nenzstörungen auf [3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 15, 18, 19, 22, 26].
