Zusammenfassung
Eine direkte Verletzung der Kniekehle kann sowohl zu Knochenläsionen am Kniegelenk, als auch zu Verletzungen von Gefäßen und Nerven führen (Beal et al. 1963; Hughes and Jahnke 1958; Holman 1937, Kus 1966; Kus et al. 1972; Kus et al. 1963; Seeley et al. 1952; Spencer and Grove 1955; Vollmar 1964; Węglowski 1922). Wir möchten einen solchen Fall bei einem Patienten, der vor 46 Jahren eine derartige Verletzung erlitten hat und den wir seit 24 Jahren behandeln und beobachten, beschreiben.
