A Hypothesis to be Studied: Antibiotic Resuscitation

Abstract
Under certain circumstances the severely injured patient needs antibiotic cover; this can be true for individuals as well as for mass casualties [6]. This kind of therapy must be clearly differentiated from prophylactic antibiotic therapy: the former was conceived in order to prevent generic infectious complications.
