Abstract

Org NC 45 is a neuromuscular blocking agent structurally related to pancuronium but without any significant cardiovascular side effects(1). Both animal and human studies have shown it to be short acting, less cumulative than pancuronium and easily antagonised by neostigmine(2, 3, 4).
