Computer Tomography and Prognostics of Acute Pancreatitis
Conference paper
Abstract
In our opinion, a realistic appraisal of the treatment of acute pancreatitis suggests at the moment that it has been a failure and has come to a standstill. Among other examples, we note that it is impossible either for those who favor the emergency pancreatectomy or for those who do not to prove that their respective view is right.
