Zusammenfassung

Die E-Rossettenbildung menschlicher T-Lymphozyten [1,2] hängt von Synthese und Bildung eines 60000 dalton Glykoproteins ab, das kürzlich von Owen u. Fanger [3,4] und Gürtler [5,6] charakterisiert wurde. Die Bildung von E-Rossetten wird während der in-vitro-Blockade der Proteinsynthese der T-Lymphozyten durch Puromycin binnen 10–15 min gehemmt. Dies weist darauf hin, daß das Glykoprotein in der Membran in der Mehrzahl eine kurze Halbwertszeit hat.
