Der Ersatz dialysebedingter Verluste von Aminosäuren

Zusammenfassung
Die Literaturangaben über die Höhe der Plasmaaminosäurenspiegel bei Dialysepatienten und über die Aminosäurenverluste im Dialysat schwanken erheblich. Die höchsten Eiweißverluste von 20 – 220 g pro Dialyse finden sich bei Peritonealdialysepatienten, da auch Albumine und Globuline in hohen Mengen verlorengehen (4, 19). Unter Hämodialyse werden Aminosäurenverluste von 2 g (20) bis ca. 40 g ( 6 ) angegeben.
