Abstract

The classification followed here is mainly in line with the conclusions drawn by Dahlgren and Rasmussen (1983). It deviates in various respects from the alternative system presented by Dahlgren and Clifford (1982), but is based to a large extent on the data presented in that work. More base data have been taken into consideration in the present work, and the approach has been more strictly evolutionary.
