Hautveränderungen bei Endokrinopathien

Zusammenfassung

Erkrankungen endokriner Organe führen nicht selten zu Hautveränderungen, die auf direkte oder indirekte Wirkung eines Hormonmangels oder Hormonüberschusses auf die Haut zurückzuführen oder aber Folgeerscheinungen des gleichen — häufig immunologischen — Pathomechanismus sind, der für die Veränderungen im endokrinen Organ verantwortlich ist [4, 5, 9]. Diese Hautveränderungen können sogar Hauptbeschwerde des Patienten sein, so daß der Dermatologe als erster konsultiert wird und wesentlich zur Früherkennung der Erkrankung beitragen kann.
