Abstract

A 31-year-old patient was admitted for further investigation to our outpatient clinic under the suspicion of having progressive renal insufficiency with marked edema of the legs. The patient reported exertional dyspnea after climbing two flights of stairs. Orthopnea was not present, and nyctura occurred maximally twice per night.
