Beratung und Schulung des Migränepatienten
Zusammenfassung
Gezielte therapeutische Maßnahmen können nur dann ihre Wirksamkeit entfalten, wenn die spezifischen Indikationen gegeben sind. Die richtige Diagnosestellung bei der Migräne und die erfolgreiche differentialdiagnostische Abgrenzung anderer Störungen ist deshalb Voraussetzung für eine effektive Therapie. Es reicht nicht aus, daß sich der Arzt darüber im klaren ist, welche Kopfschmerzform er behandelt. Im typischen Fall leidet ein Patient nicht nur an einer, sondern an zwei oder gar mehr Kopfschmerzformen. Aus diesem Grunde muß auch der Patient wissen, welche Kopfschmerzform er spezifisch mit welcher Maßnahme behandeln soll. Er benötigt eine ausführliche, individuelle Beratung.
