Zusammenfassung
Zwar führen Urologen Hysterektomien nur äußerst selten durch, vor allem im Rahmen der Tumorchirurgie des kleinen Beckens, also der Zystektomie der Frau, aber nach den aus gynäkologischer Indikation durchgeführten Hysterektomien werden immer wieder Blasenfunktionsstörungen berichtet, die einer urologischen Nachbetreuung und -therapie bedürfen. Die Rate solcher Blasenfunktionsstörungen schwankt in der Literatur zwischen 0 und 100% [1–8]. Schwere Fälle sollen in etwa 20% der Fälle vorliegen, wobei diese in der Regel nach Hysterektomien infolge Tumoren auftreten [5]. Die meisten dieser Störungen dauern kurz und werden damit nicht zum Dauerproblem [7, 13]. Denervierungen dürften in diesen Fällen als Causa ausscheiden.
