Die Rolle des Stickoxids (NO) in der akuten Abstoßung nach orthotoper Lebertransplantation. Eine tierexperimentelle Studie im Rattenmodell

Zusammenfassung
In der vorliegenden tierexperimentellen Studie wurde die Rolle von Stickoxid (NO) während der akuten Abstoßung nach orthotoper Rattenlebertransplantation (oRLT) untersucht. Als selektiver Inhibitor der induzierbaren NO-Synthase (iNOS) wurde Amino-guanidinhydrochlorid (AGH) verwendet.
Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie zeigten, daß eine selektive Inhibition von iNOS nach oRLT das Transplantat nicht vor der akuten Abstoßung protektioniert.
